Fixed Asset Importing

Hello Experts,

I can see fields Depreciation Book Code, Posting Group, Depreciation Starting Date and Depreciation Ending Date in the Fixed Asset card under Depreciation Book tab. But these fields are not available in the Fixed Asset table, Table ID 5600 when trying to import FA using this table.

Appreciate your earliest inputs.

yes correct,

you can find those fields in the FA Depreciation Book table, linked for FIxed Asset No to Fixed Asset

You also need to add the depreciation method and life to the FA Depreciation Book record. You don't have to populate Ending Date as the system will take starting date plus life either in months or years and calculate ending date.
