Hello Community,

I am introducing Dynamics CRM at our manufacturing company. Service is a Major function and FieldOne will be a welcome Addition to CRM. To prepare for the introduction of FieldOne I Need to know the FieldOne data model (as part of Dynamics). Since we have an on-premise CRM Installation we do not yet have FieldOne installed, thus no possibility to  Export the table specifications from SDK. Can anyone Point me to resources / documentation?

    Another way you can analyse the schema is my installing the FieldOne solution on a dev/test/trial and you will see all the objects in the solution. You can also export it to an excell spreadsheet using the XRMtoolbox metadata document generator.

    Hi Gravelhopper, as a Microsoft partner you can ask for access to a learning portal and a so-called playbook from FieldOne. Not sure if you already have access?

    If so, you can find an exhaustive data model under: Diagram of Key Entity Relationships under Support, in the playbook.
