Accounts receivable transactions

Hello , I am new to D365 and I do collections . How do I enter a text next to a transaction that I have been chasing up . Needs to be per yea transaction not per account .

Eg spoke to customer 2.3.24 he will pay this invoice soon , or eg if the transaction is credit note - the text is for eg .. cr note due to leaked goods ..

I just want to put a text per transaction please and this to shop up on reports so my manager knows I have chances all transactions .

Hi,

Can you tell us if you are using Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics 365 Business Central? If you don't know exactly what app you are using, please share a screenshot of e.g. the customer details page.
