How do I add the following references to my Visual Studio project?

I have already installed Microsoft_Dexterity12_SharedComponents_x64_en-us but the reference is still not available.

Application.Dynamics
Microsoft.Dexterity.Bridge

Dexterity.Bridge;
Dexterity.Applications;
