Hi Community,

I've one calcuated field on order form, which is depending on two preceding fields. Here my query is that if "Sales order Total amount" field which is currency type not contain any data and "Line Detail amount" currency field contains data then calculated field "Grand Total" does not shows the total,

If i will enter 0 in "Sales order Total amount" filed and save the record it will show the total in "Grand Total" field which is calcualted field.

Can please anyone suggest the way to how to resolve this?

Thanks,

Harry

    Hi hardikchauhan ,

to solve your issue you need to first set default value of "Sales order Total amount" attribute to 0 by Business Rules  (NB: not "Set Value" but "Set Default Value").

Eventually you could proceed also with plugin or workflow. In this last case (workflow) you need to convert it to real-time workflow and set default value before save.

Please let me know if you solve.

    Hi Francesco,

I've implemented the solution suggested by you with one change, you had said to set default value, but that didn't work, so I've tried to set field value and that worked for me

    Thanks,

    Hardik Chauhan
