Is it possible to add both /A customer Payment Overdue limit is exceeded/ and /A customer credit limit is exceeded/ in the same line?
I want to do the because I use the /Sales Order Credit Limit/ template, and I want to check both things at the same time (Overdue and Credit Limit) and follow the same process for both.
If I create separate workflows I can only activate one at the time. I need both working at the same time so I tried to add them together.
At the /Then Response,/ I cannot copy the second line (to add in both lines, that's why I want the event to be working for both situations)
What would be the best approach to have a workflow that verifies Overdue and Credit Limit?
