It is not clear from your post, the exact nature and scope of the "issue" you are facing.
If I make the assumption that it is the volume of physical items arriving at your property, and your Goods In Dock is overloaded, then you may be needing a bar code solution to help the users quickly GRN the products.
There are hand held barcode scanner computers that can be used for this process, this will require the purchase of an additional software and hardware. Panatrack, Accellos and SalesPad are examples of companies who offer this type of solution.
