I am running a report inside of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and I keep getting this message

"The maximum number of accounts in this report cannot exceed 10"

on all reports in the Report Viewer.

Where do I configure this settings and what as the recommended set option?

    This is a standard report and the 10 account limit is not modifiable for CRM Online - if you are using On Prem CRM you can export the rdl and edit the SQL to remove this limit.
