While the Budgeting functionality in Business Central is useful, it is somewhat limited in its ability to only gl accounts and 2 dimensions. Plus, the views (analysis views and reports) are limited in scope as well. Other than integrations to PowerBI, is there any suitable/recommended ISVs for budgeting in BC?

    You can use up to 6 dimensions on G/L Budgets, its not limited to 2. Jet Reports is a popular third party reporting tool used to create and run reports. But even when using Jet Reports, you'd still use the G/L Budgets to load and store the budgets in the system, Jet Reports would simply replace Financial Reporting and Analysis Views.

    I think you can list down all your business requirements considering even future changes then as suggested by Suresh can follow the share link to check the ISV. There are few free ISV's available and few you can try based on different trial offers. It would be more helpful for selection if you list down all your workings first.
