Did the Raise All Windows option go away in GP 2015? It's under Close All Windows in GP 2013.

As others have said, this is a function of the Support Debugging Tool which is not available for GP 2015, due to David Musgrave's departure.
However, David in his guise as Winthrop DC will be bringing the functionality back as GP Power Tools: winthropdc.wordpress.com/.../the-future-of-the-support-debugging-tool
The Raise All Windows is a feature of the Support Debugging Tool. The SDT is still not available for GP2015.
Deb maybe it is a terminology matter - can you rephrase the name of the option you are looking for.
Raise All Windows - in one case could translate to CLOSE - is it the case that you are looking for an option to OPEN all windows or TO SHRINK all open windows on the home pages.
