When I step through the wizard I get everything entered. When I get to the data warehouse dynamicsuserpassword, it lets me put the 1st one in but when I try to put the one in to confirm it, it never becomes ungreyed

I've read that analysis services and and ssis needs to be installed. It also says I need to Modify the MsDtsSrvr.ini.xml file to point to the your named instance or to the default instance with the right port, and then restart the SSIS service:

If I recall correctly you have to tab on the field for some reason. Also on this screen you need to make sure the spelling of everything is exactly as it is your environment. If this information doesn't match up it will produce these errors. Not sure why they don't tell you in a warning box but oh well. You will also need to pay close attention when you enter the system database on the last couple of steps it is also case sensitive.
