    Hi Nandhini,

Thank you for posting on the Community Forum.

The first thing to review is the Location Card. What options are selected on the Warehouse section of the Location Card?  Inventory Pick and Inventory Put-away are only used if Require Pick and Require Put-away are selected as the only options, possibly along with Bin Mandatory.

If Directed Put-away & Pick is enabled and/or Require Receive/Require Shipment are selected, there will be different Warehouse Documents for processing required, such as Creating a Warehouse Pick for the components instead of the Inventory Pick.

Second, has the Released Production Order been Refreshed and the lines of the Released Production Order been established?  Do you have Component Lines generated for the Released Production Order (Lines > Components for the RPO)?

The following Documentation may assist you in helping resolve the issue: docs.microsoft.com/.../warehouse-pick-items

    Have a great weekend.

    Best Regards,
    Tom
