Unable to post a credit memo

While creating a Purchase Credit Memo, the VAT Inclusive and Inclusive Amounts are correctly shown under General section, but under the Lines section, the VAT Inclusive and Inclusive Amounts are showing the same figure, which is incorrect because of which I am unable to post the credit memo. Please advise what else needs to be done here.

Hello,

Do you have any extensions installed? Because there shouldn't be any amount in the General group.
The totalling can only be found on the Lines group.

Hello,

Your VAT-inclusive mismatch is caused by the new “Check Doc. Total Amounts” feature.
To fix it, make sure these two header fields match the totals of the lines:

Doc. Amount Incl. VAT

Doc. Amount VAT

If you have mixed VAT % lines, BC won’t auto-calculate the VAT, you must enter Doc. Amount VAT manually.

If needed, you can turn off the validation in Purchases & Payables Setup → Check Doc. Total Amounts.
