production scenario

Hello Experts,
 
We have a scenario where one full chicken body (1kg or 2kg ) is split/transformed into  breast , wings , legs and sold as sellable items , 
can someone guide what production process /functionality we have to use for the requirement( BOM journal , Production order etc) and setups to consider
