Hi Team

My current client is using Payment journal to export the payment. Once the payment file is export credit transfer registers are getting created.

The request is they want to cancel the credit transfer incase there is an issue with the file.

So how can I cancel an existing Credit Transfer Registers

I think you should void the electronic payment

Hi Gerardo

I already tried this option, however we are not using electronic payment here. We are creating payment journal and export the payment file by creating an XMl.

This is then further sent to bank.

this looks like a customization, you need to discuss with a dev. Or ask a dev to change the flag/value for the exported lines so user can export again.
