Hello, I have new report requirement in Business Central 365 to show all the purchases and sales order by posting date group by item.

Screenshot for your reference.

    If it is urgent and you don’t have AL code started I would move away from a BC based report. If you can find a report that is fairly similar it acts as a good starting point sometimes.

    If speed is paramount I would look at Jet Reports. You build the data model and the layout at the same time. Testing is faster as there is no deployment phase.

    Adding to what Josh replied... Have you looked at the report Item Transaction Detail? Have you also looked at Jet Reports.
