Hi,
I have requirement migrate/upgrade CRM 2016 On-Premise to Dynamics 365 CRM 9.1 Online. What will be the steps and best practice to achieve this?

Hi,
Its a big topic so not sure you will be able to get ll the required information here but in general terms-
Migrating from OnPremise basically involves 2 major components. Customization & Data. For customization, you can upgrade your system to Dynamics 265 OnPremise and from there you can create a solution with all your customization and import it on line. For Data migration, you can use available options like SSIS, Scribe etc.
The other options is to inolve Fastrack team and have them migrate your complete database from onpremise to online. This will move your customization & data together. You may need to look into reports as ssrs reports are not supported online.
