Hi,
Anyone knows the end of support date for CRM 2015 ? and can one upgrade directly to Dynamics 365 or only through CRM 2016 ?

You've a while yet - mainstream support for CRM 2015 is due to end on 14 Jan 2020 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/search?alpha=Microsoft%20Dynamics%20CRM%202015
You can upgrade directly to Dynamics 365 OnPremise (version 8.2)
to answer your first question:

Mainstream support ends on 1/14/2020
For the second one, it seems you have to go through 2016:

Thanks. Apparently it can only be done by first upgrading to CRM 2016. Any ideas of how smooth upgrading from 2015 to 2016 is ? Including significant customisations.
