Custom field mapping - Account to Contact

Hi Folks,

I created a custom Contact field for a Contacts "industry" because I could not find an out of the box industry field. I am trying to map the industry Account field to populate the new custom field but have had no luck.

I used the following resource to try and tie the mapping together, with no luck. I also tried a workflow, but when I try to update the custom field in the form, I cannot select the Account industry field.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,

To map mentioned fields picklist values should match (I mean optionset int values).

Thank you Andrii. I took a closer look and noticed that the values may have been a little different. I fixed it and it seems to work now. Thanks again!
