Hello,
I am new to Ms crm 4.0. I created a workflow and I got couple of questions like....
1. how can I set the execution time for a workflow automatically?
2. how can i set the execution time manually?
3.Is it possible to set the execution time before a particular date and Time?
Please help me in this regard.

Hi Kar,
The workflow execution time is based on the trigger you establish, so if you trigger the workflow when the record is created, the execution time will be shortly thereafter. However, you can change when the action is taken. So, you can wait until after a certain number of days, weeks, or months after the execution time to take the action. For example, if can have workflow wait to send an Email 3 days after the workflow execution time.
