Hi,

In Email Templates if we create global template and in that we need to map fields dynamically.

For Example : We have a custom entity named as "Customers" and in that we have a lookup named "Country". In "Country" lookup we have a field named a "State".

My requirement is : Can we get data from that "State" field in "Country" lookup and map into Email Templates dynamically.

Hi,

it is limited to the field from current entity : rawishblog.wordpress.com/.../how-to-insert-dynamic-values-from-custom-entities-in-an-email-template-microsoft-dynamics-crm

you wont be able to access/populate the data from the lookup entity.
