This window is use to send documents by e-mail from your Microsoft Dynamics GP system. it needs a MAPI compliant e-mail system, such as Microsoft Outlook, installed and configured properly.

I want to know can we see the history of emails or letters that has been send to the customer through this window????

    Dynamics CRM is specifically designed to manage that sort of customer communications data, both outbound and inbound. CRM can manage all sorts of customer interaction activities such as phone calls, e-mails, faxes, and documents with their associated workflow and scheduled follow up.

    Sorry, not within vanilla GP. You may be able to configure something using workflow management and SharePoint, common add-ons for GP which your company may have purchased with GP. Also, you may purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM (a separate but compatible product) and using the Microsoft CRM Connector, integrate CRM and GP.
