Hello,

Need to know if possible to  change the name of the Purchase Order Format to say Projects for example instead of "Blank paper", and Incidents instead of "Other form"? Thank you

    There is no setup on standard GP to change the default format name.

    The line of text you are looking at - while presented in a drop down - is not flexible - it is hard coded to the application.

    Hi Dima

    I just made this change using GP Power Tools.

    Just set up a trigger to run when the POP_Print_Options window opens and run the following two lines of code.

    change item 1 of field 'PO Format' of window 'POP_Print_Options' of form 'POP_Print_Options' to "Projects";

    change item 2 of field 'PO Format' of window 'POP_Print_Options' of form 'POP_Print_Options' to "Incidents";

    Voila

    David, with what module of GP Power Tools can you do that: Admin, Dev., or Database? Thank you

    Hi Dima

    I used Automatic Debugger Mode Setup to create a non logging Trigger.

    This functionality is part of Developer Tools.

    Make sure you look at what all three modules offer.
