After updated to crm 2013 online - I get this error Line: 7, Char: 357644, Code 0, Error Window is undefined, the url for my companies crm.

I get this each time to close CRM account and go back to outlook contact. How do I fix this?

    there are some customizations in the system (e.g. plugin)?

    Hello,

    Can you elaborate the exact steps of the issue and what is the action that you are performing due to which you are getting this error.

    Is the issue intermittent?

    Are you seeing this error in the CRM web or Outlook client?

    Also paste the entire error message that you are getting in the UI?

    Is this issue happening for all user or just one?

    if its only with one user then do we see the same behavior on a different machine?

    Tried uninstalling plug & reinstalling outlook- didn't fix it.

    I work from outlook going to crm, then back to outlook.  Issue is there everytime. I use crm online- I am the only user. Don't have another computer to try it on.

    Then when I click send notice to Microsoft, I then get the pop up for the undefined window.

    Additional info: the script error changed after reinstalling outlook plug. Now it is:

    line:0, Char 0, Error Script error, Code 0. then the url for my crm company setup.  Then ask if I want to continue running the scripts on this page

    Hello,

    If the issue is reproducible on demand then collecting the client side trace will give more information about this issue, look for exceptions and errors from the client trace related to this issue.

    Steps to collect client trace file :

    Go to Start> All Programs> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013> Diagnostics> Advance tab> Enable tracing

    Path to find the trace file : c:/users/userprofile/appdata/local/Microsoft/MSCRM/Traces

    Also check if we are able to see any errors in the event viewer while the issue is reproduced.

    I'm getting this same error after I updated to crm 2013 for Outlook. I get an error report to send to MS twice, then the script error. When I access any record after that the login window comes up; apparently the error kicks my log-in through Outlook out.

    I was going through the UI changes so I can teach our vision-impaired worker, but looks like it's going to be a major obstacle - he can't "see" all the error windows popping up on his screen.

    I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin with no difference.

    I was able to enable tracing but I can't find the trace file.

    I put the error log on my 11/15 posting. Is this what you mean.

    Are you still having issues- did you find anything else out?  I have had these errors since November 1- I need to fix this asap- effecting productivity and general use of CRM- not with it.
