We have two roles X and Y.

We want setting in such a way that when any user having Role X login he must see Queue Page first.

and any user having Role Y on login he must see Lead Page.

means we want role base default TAB.

Hi Neeraj,

I dont think this feature is available through CRM.

However CRM has provided the option to set the default tab for each user in the user options. You can ensure that all your users have this option correctly set based on their roles.

I think sitemap has role based capability so do R& D in sitemap file.
