Is it possible to send dynamic CRM Portal Link to edit Custom Entity record through Workflow ?

Hello ,

I am currently working on Dynamic 365 Portal in which a custom entity is manipulated using Web Forms .

When a portal user creates a record of custom entity , I need to send dynamic CRM portal link of a record email to user . Is there any way to do this ? Any type of suggestion will be helpful .

Hi,

Have a hidden field on web form ,populate the url to that field using js and in your workflow read the url from that field .If value exists ,send an email and have that link in your body.

Here is a no code solution. Instead of Case apply for your custom entity.
