prompt showing up when users are accessing BC

Is it possible to prevent this screen from appearing when logging into Business Central? I have a user who doesn't see it, but all other users do. I understand that using a shortcut could potentially address this, but the customer prefers not to pursue that option.

I don't believe its possible to prevent it if the url doesnt specify the production environment and there are multiple. How do users access Business Central currently that a shortcut would not be preferred?

It looks like someone had the same problem and suggested an idea - Microsoft Idea (dynamics.com)

Hi, set the security group of the environment so that users without permissions should not be able to see it.

Hi,

Just supply user the complete URL for the environment instead of base Business Central URL.

Like - https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/<tenant id>/<environment name>
