Hi,
By Default, Navision has this template on Sales Order,
Now, I find that one of my user has a different template which looks like a customize one.
May I know how can I check where is this being configured?
Thank you!
you need to check the customize tab
In the DEV client find tables for user personalization or Page Data Personalization. This way you can see who has changed the specific pages. Islam’s explanation is great for the front end view.
If you’re looking for standardised views for similar users you may want to explore disabling customisation. This is set of the profiles. This helps to keep a consistency to the page views amongst users. Meaning if there is something which would benefit them all or aid a new process it can be controlled at administrator level - instead of user level
Hi Islam,
I realize that this can only be done by accessing my users' account.
I can't do it on my side.
Thank you for your suggestion.
so you will need to use josh's suggestion, I believe it will help you
