For Reporting Purpose FRX is better or GP Report Writer? Can you explain me the merits and demerits of FRX and Report Writer in Dynamics GP 10.0.Comparatively which is strong for reporting purpose? Shahid Ghafoor CMA

If you want fInancial reporting then FRX is far superior to GP . That is what FRX is specifically designed to do. GP reports are better for a/p and a/r trial balance reporting , purchasng reports.sales reports, etc.

You should definitely read Mariano's article. It gives a very brief, yet detailed, overview of the solutions out there and what they are used for. Since a "report" can be a number of different things, can you clarify what type of "report" you need to write? Actually, after reading the article, you probably won't have anymore questions.
