Routing of the case on rejection

Hi all,

Our Business logic is like, when a case is Assigned to a user(say xyz), the user should be able to accept or reject the case and if the user(xyz) rejects the case then the case should be again routed back to the user who assigned the case. Do we have any feature in MSCRM to achieve this task.
