How to create local values?

How are the local values created? As shown in the picture0640.CRM01.png

    As far as I know these are system defined you can not add here anything however you can get value under selection of those options , let say under process you defined output parameter.

    Hi, in Process if step has OutArgument defined then that step (Named as Local values) will be available in all next step Dynamic Values area. You can retrieve OutArgument values from this step.

    As we can in your case, there are two steps defined in Process 1) Case Resolution........ 2) Retrieve que and both steps are having OutArgument defined.
