How to Calculate Working Hours

Hello All,

I need to working hours i create two custom Date Fields TimeIn and TimeOut.

Now there i need to calculate Timeout - TimeIn.

For Ex:TimeIn :20-04-2013 8 AM

TimeOut:20-04-2013 6 PM

Now I need to get  like this 20-04-2013 6 PM - 20-04-2013 8 AM =10 HOURS

In dynamics CRM2015 there is new field in Calculated Field.Through this field How can I achieve

    I think it is not possible with calculated fields. Further you can read below blog and it contains the details.

    I have one doubt where we need to calculate the duration?

    Becuase there are three fields in same custom entity

    For ex:I created one custom Entity with three Fields

    1)TimeIN

    2)TimeOut

    3)Duration-create wholenumber with duration type

    I created workflow but i need to calculate the time?

    In my scenario i need to update in same entity?

    Please help me on this

    Hi,

    Create a one task record from workflow and update the duration value from task entity.

    Please assign following value while creating a Task record.

    due date is TimeIN,

    start date is TimeOut
