My Partner customized some fields in Item form.
If I create new AL project to add more fields, events in Item form, is impact to currency customization of my partner ?

As long as you are not working on the exact same fields, controls or triggers they will not impact each other.
But if you f.ex. have one app that is hiding a field and another one trying to show the same field that you of course will have some issues to resolve.
But if you know there already is a customization in the area you are working it is considered best practice to extend the existing app instead of creating a completely new app.
You do that by creating an dependency between your app and the partners app.

If create new extension for creating fields, w/o calling the Partner events, then there is no effect on the existing customization.
