The PowerApps style window appears but is blank so I cannot find a way to access the classic mode, can anyone advise of a way?

It would appear Microsoft are "Aware" of this issue and it will be reverted or fixed at some point.

If anyone is interested the link to access the default solution is

    tools/solution/edit.aspx?id={fd140aaf-4df4-11dd-bd17-0019b9312238}&utm_source=MakerPortal

    Hi G286,

Currently there's no workaround for customer to manually disable this new feature except the mitigation steps of using '/tools/solution/edit.aspx?utm_source=MakerPortal' to the end of your org url to re-access solution panel.

As I know, the issue also occurred in crm5 & crm6 region. You don't need to submit several support tickets.

You could raise one ticket and list all mentioned org url in this case and directly ask support engineer to help escalate the ticket to Dev Team to disable the feature.

    This could be fixed soon.

    Regards

    Johnny

    Hi Johnny,

Thanks for the response. It would be nice if we had the option to disable this new feature ourselves, as many users are suddenly unable to access this area, we as delegated admin also lost access and the workaround is clunky and not something we can expect end users to use.

I am going to have to submit several support tickets to Microsoft to ask them to disable this feature as I have had this issue reported by several organisations already.

I note that this update has been rolled out to crm11.dynamics.com but not to crm4.dynamics.com as of yet.

    Hi G286,

Thanks for your issue sharing in Community.

Yes. Current migration step is adding '/tools/solution/edit.aspx?utm_source=MakerPortal' to the end of your org url.

This is a new design when end user clicks solutions in CRM then will be redirected to PowerApps Portal which display Modern Solution Explorer.

Modern Solution Explorer is the default customization experience

    docs.microsoft.com/.../modern-solution-explorer-default-customization-experience

The legacy solution page will be deprecated soon while it seems there's still some issue on this feature within the latest online version as you mentioned.

You could raise one free service ticket with your org url to Dev Team to reflect the issue. They would help you temporarily disable this new feature and roll back to the legacy solution page.

    Have a nice day.

    Thanks.

    Regards

    Johnny

Another way to open your dynamics instance in classic interface-

    crm64.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx

    Hope this helps

Hi Jason, this does work as a workaround thanks. Neither delegated admins nor licensed users with System Customizer / System Admin rights can access the Customize the System area now it seems since the update with no option to disable the PowerApps version of it from opening seems like a mistake? Only global admin accounts appear to have access to load the window.

I suspect it may be because you are using Delegated Admin. Delegated Admin isn't yet available in PowerApps.

Try appending "/tools/solution/home_solution.aspx?etc=7100&utm_source=MakerPortal" to the end of your Dynamics base URL, this should open up the classic solution view.
