How to refresh [what's new] page automatically?

Hi. Folks.

I am wondering if I set auto refresh time for what's new page. I always have to click the refresh icon when I reload my timeline. I want my colleague to be noticed for my mention right away. 

It's like a  real time chatting.

How do I set the refresh interval time?

    Not direct way, but you can setup a workaround like this for the dashboard: www.develop1.net/.../Adding-Auto-Refresh-to-Dashboards.aspx
