Creating Word templates gives me an error

I'm trying to create a word template. I followed all the step in this video:

but it keeps giving me this error

Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Sorry, there was supposed to be a screenshot of the error. Here is the error, "The upload failed because the selected file is not consistent with the template layout. Please try again after selecting a file with the template layout."
