Error during import Solution

During importing one of our solution. We have an error message inside one of the entities. But we struggle how to fix it coz there is a few information within error message.  The message saying something like : "If this error continue, call your administrator"


How to investigate this error properly ?

    could you download the logs of the import, open it with excel and post it here? We will only need a screenshot of the excel error sheet.

    Hi,

    Assuming you are using CRM on premise, you can try following options

    1. Check event viewer if you see any error recorded there,

    2. Enable tracing in CRM server, you can enable trace manually or can try to use this tool archive.codeplex.com

    Hi Fikri,

    Are you getting any log download options? If yes then please post here.

    Also please do following-

    - Remove entity from solution which causes issue  an and add again .Make sure you choose metadata options and components you need. Now export the solution and try to import.

    - I can see you are in on- premise so go to event viewer of CRM server and see the logs.

    -Sometimes restart all the CRM services and restart machine can help to resolve this kind of issue.
