Codeunit 'Assert' is missing in wave 2 on premises version.

Hi,

All test-tool related code-units are missing in test application. Previously there were .fob files that we need to import, now it has been replaced with test libraries and test runner apps in the setup. I think I need to install these apps to access testing related code units but i'm being able to install them because in extension management page the install option is disable and also there is no upload option showing.
Can anyone help ?
