Hi,

I was wondering is there any plugin available for CRM to set the parent record for many child records. Sort of feature that is available for the Case entity, were we will be able to set the parent case for many case records using "Associate Child Cases".

Or anyone has suggestions on how to achieve this using workflow ?

Thank you
Karuna

    Dear Rajkumar,

    Thank you for your reply.

The 2nd link is relevant to my question. What i'm trying to achieve precisely is, select multiple records in quote entity and set a 'parent quote' for the selected 'child quotes' (i have created a 1:N relationship btwn quote to quote).

There is a workaround, which is select multiple records and click edit and then set the parent quote 'field' with parent quote record.

My goal is to achieve this via a workflow if possible by refering the source opportunity, which is also linked as parent and child.

    Regards

    Karuna

    Hi Karuna,

I think you may achieve this using Custom Workflow.

    Try the following link:

    Hope this helps.
