Building Microsoft Dynamics integration for client

Hello - We are a SaaS startup building an integration to Microsoft Dynamics for one of our clients. We are not a paid Microsoft 365 user and only have a Microsoft Ads account. We are reviewing these steps:

We need help joining the Microsoft Partner Network with the Microsoft Ads account we have.

    Yes, you need to apply for an MPN ID to log into Partner Center and then purchase and assign licenses.
