Custom view like Audit summary view with additional column of field changed ,old value and new value.

the image above is audit history of  particular record of an entity .and As we know the audit summary view in settings shows for all the records of entity .can i possibly have a custom view as audit summary view along with change field ,old value ,new value columns(as available in particular record  -shown in above image) for all records of a entity.

    AFAIK that view is not customizable.

    Can i create a report to show that by  retrieving all the audit history records of   entity.
