 Guidance on how to download/export master data from NAV with all the fields present?

    Please use the configuration package.

    Create new Configuration package.

    Hi, The Configuration Package method mentioned by Nitin is very good, and it is the standard method.

    Just adding some info.

    If you have a development environment, there is another easy way to do it.

    Open the development environment, find the table you want to run, right click and select Run.

    Then you can select all rows and copy them to Excel.

    You can also Export the Package and Import the Package into your NEW Company.
