Vendor onboarding to D365 F&O using vendor collaboration and Azure B2B portal

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in which an external vendor should be able to register themselves as a prospective vendor to D365 F&O and users in D365 F&O can approve the request to convert them as vendors.

I know that this can be achieved using a collaboration between Azure B2B portal and D365 F&O.

Can someone please help me to understand below points?

1- How can the prospective vendor can sign up on customer website with anonymous access? (Step 1 in above picture)

2- How this anonymous prospective vendor data can be imported to D365 F&O?

3- How can we enable vendor registration wizard for this prospective vendor to register themselves in D365 F&O?

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    For point 1, this website is not provided by D365 F&O. Your customer would need to create it. The website should collect the information that you can see on the Prospective vendor registration requests screen in F&O (Procurement and sourcing > Vendors > Vendor collaboration requests).

    For point 2, F&O provides several data entities which can be used to create new Prospective vendor registration requests. F&O also allows for new Prospective vendor registration requests to be created manually.

    If you have access to the Contoso demo dataset, you can see an example of how the workflow is configured in the USMF company at System administration > Workflow > User workflows.
