Does eConnect 11.0 work with .NET Framework 4.0 installed?

Yes, we have that on some of our machines here with eConnect 11.0 (with GP2010) and .NET Framework 4 is also installed. All seems to work ok here.
What version of econnect is that for? We have certainly not experienced the installer stopping for our v11 (GP2010) installs here.
During eConnect web based Project creation. need to check the project solution Build-Platform target based on the Machine bit operating system. when i change the Platform target to x86 the created eConnect web based Project works. mainly the eConnect installed was 32 bit. version compatibility issue occurs when the Build-Platform target as Any CPU or x64.
