Hi Community,

My user is trying to assign Item tracking no. to a warehouse item, however, he got this message, kindly advise. Thank you !

Hi Jun Wang,

I simply create a purchase order, insert the item lines, then as per usual way, I select Item track lines to track this item, and this error comes out.

Do I have to check whether this item is still at some other PO, hence, the item was not able to be return?
