Why I can't install Microsoft Power Automate Machine Runtime?

I don't have the option to include the power automate machine runtime during the installation of the Power Automate application.

My Windows Version is 11 Home, I don't have the option to install the Power Automate Machine Runtime.

On my other machine, I have Windows 11 Enterprise, and the option to install is available.

From this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/requirements, it says it can't be run, if my understanding is correct that this refers to the Power Automate Machine Runtime.
