Double Approval mails - job queue

The notification shedule is daily at 10 PM.

Job queue object ID to run = 1509 notification entry dispatcher.

Sometimes an approver receives an approval mail at 10 PM and one on 10:01 PM.

Has anyone encountered this problem/knows the solution ?

Hello,

As far as I know the scenario is that a request for an approval mail triggers the creation of a job queue. After job queue was successfully executed, the job queue is being deleted. So this issue should not happen.

If more people have this issue, I assume it is best to raise to Microsoft support assuming you did already upgrade your BC to latest available CU and the release you are using is a supported release.
