I am a novice at using CRM for my customer service department. I am looking for a step I can setup in CRM from a customer "Case" that will send an email with Dynamic criteria pertaining only to the case, including a dynamic report as an attachment. I created a process that works great except for the attachment. I was reading and maybe a "process" might not be what I want, maybe a "routing rule" or "Activity" would achieve this? During the Case ( before this process) the same report is created and saved on SharePoint. I would even accept a prompt and response asking for the file to be attached( I have tried this, but did not see a response that would do this). Below is the Send email process I mentioned above. Any help is greatly appreciated.
