Dexterity 11.00.0218 crashing

I recently installed GP 2010 and Dexterity 11.00.0218 on a new environment and installation was smooth. I started fetching the resources from VSS and was able to checkout resources, and finally when I am trying to check-in the resources it's throwing an error and shows up as "Dexterity SCCS Repository Server has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
