Cashflow forecast Worksheet

Dear All,

I wonder if anyone had any suggestions of how to stop prepayments appearing on the cashflow forecast worksheet? At the moment the customer is displaying all items and then she exports it to Excel and then filters those items out.  

I cannot see any field toggle for them?
